Our semester long assignment was to develop and produce a meal kit for Sedano's supermarket. As there is a large demand for partially prepared meals that provide a convenient, healthy meal option, meal kits only exist in home delivery options and we developed a product that could be introduced to the supermarket. We evaluated: Product Shelf Life, Nutritional Value, Market Potential and Demand, Formulation and Pricing, Sensory Data Evaluation as we endured a series of trial and error
